The hotel was new and clean, which was a major plus. the bed was great and the shower was awesome. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with a short walk to the outlets and a nice restaurant nearby.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. the parking was very poor at night.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. They went above and beyond to accommodate us when we had an issue with our reservation. The breakfast selection was incredible with a wide variety of options. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had plenty of USB ports. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and there was a good selection of TV channels. The extra sunshades on the windows helped keep the light out in the morning. Additionally, the location was great as it was next to a beautiful lake and a mall with outlet stores. There were also several good restaurants nearby.

Our stay was a great experience. The staff was caring and attentive. They placed us in a fourth-floor room with a breathtaking view of the lake, marina, and snow-capped mountains. The lights on the lake created a beautiful ambiance, and waking up to the sun hitting the mountains on Christmas morning was truly spectacular. The hotel's location was quiet and easily accessible to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be returning to this Hampton Inn for our next visit.

We recently enjoyed a romantic escape at a hotel in Sparks. We loved the clean rooms, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. the complementary breakfast was decent and the indoor pool was a great bonus. the location was perfect for us, close to shopping and great restaurants. We also appreciated the free parking. It was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway.

The noise from neighboring rooms. We could hear kids running up and down the hall yelling late at night, which made it hard to sleep.

This hotel has a fantastic location, close to great shopping outlets and with beautiful views of the lake. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and spotless, with courteous staff and helpful customer service. The continental breakfast is fresh and satisfying. Elevators are in good working order and access to the lake is convenient.

Some maintenance work is needed on the elevators to fix lighting and button functionality.
