We had a fantastic time at the resort. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. The servers in the restaurant were working tirelessly and deserve a raise. The front desk lady was extremely helpful, quickly resolving any issues we had. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The location of our cabin was perfect, with easy access to all the amenities. The crafts for kids, the pontoon boat ride, and the swimming pool were all wonderful. The indoor pool was a bonus, especially for the toddlers. The playground being fenced in was a relief, and the beach, although a bit chilly, looked great.

Everything was spot on.

I recently stayed at a wonderful lakeside resort for a weekend getaway. The location of this hotel was perfect, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The food at the resort was excellent, I especially enjoyed the dinners from the reduced menu. The resort also provided great outdoor activities, such as boating and hiking. The fire pits and endless supply of wood added a cozy touch to the evenings. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic time at this resort! The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had a great time. Special shoutout to Julia, David, and John for making our experience unforgettable. The rooms in the main lodge were clean and the beds were comfortable. The free breakfast buffet had a delicious variety of food. We enjoyed the beautiful lakefront restaurant for dinner. The hotel facilities were impressive, with two swimming pools, a golf course, tennis and pickleball courts. We also enjoyed renting boats, paddleboards, and kayaks. The location was excellent, surrounded by the refreshing smell of pine needles. this resort impressed us!

Nothing to complain about at all.

The rustic charm and cozy atmosphere of the lodge created a warm and inviting ambiance. The lake setting was stunning, and we enjoyed spending time on the sandy beach and lounging by the indoor and outdoor pools. The golf course was excellent, and the pro shop had a great selection. We especially loved the 19th hole bar-restaurant, where we could order off the menu and enjoy delicious food. The staff at the resort were exceptional, following the example set by the owner. Lara, the bartender, recommended some fantastic dishes, including the "power" plate and delicious pizza. The service throughout our stay was top-notch, and we felt well taken care of. The resort also offered amenities like a coffee/ice cream shop, clothing shops, and bicycle and pontoon boat rentals, which added to our enjoyment. we had a fantastic time at Ruttger's Bay Lake Resort and will definitely consider returning in the future.

Despite our enjoyable stay, a few drawbacks were worth mentioning. The room we were assigned faced the highway, resulting in unwanted road noise that dampened our experience on the deck.
