I had an amazing stay at this quaint hotel in San Juan. The value for the money was excellent, and the room was comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The staff treated us like family and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Convenient location, close to the airport, beaches, highway, and mall. Friendly hosts who accommodated early check-in and late check-out for our flight schedule. Luggage storage facilities provided. Interesting cat, Olivia aka WiFi, added charm to the experience. Easy access to restaurants and stores within walking distance.

The place was impeccably clean and had everything we needed. the creative use of space with the bunk beds was perfect for our family of four and the AC worked well. the hosts went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, allowing us to leave our bags until our late flight and even picking us up from a nearby location. They were always available for any questions and provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and bars. the location, although initially a bit sketchy-looking, turned out to be convenient with its proximity to the beach, restaurants, and bars. Parking was never an issue as we were provided a spot right in front of the house. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at Posada. Being back in my old neighborhood was a treat, and the complementary airport transportation was a bonus. The owners went above and beyond, driving me to Old San Juan and even taking me out to lunch. The beach nearby was perfect for morning walks, and I loved relaxing on my patio with the friendly communal cat. Mayor Taxis provided reliable transportation when needed. I highly recommend this hotel!

The apartment was bright, clean, and decorated with authentic flare. It had a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom. The bedrooms were good sizes. The outside porch was great for relaxing. The apartment was located in a charming area close to restaurants with amazing food, including an incredible Italian restaurant just a 2-minute walk away. It was also a short walk to the beach.

There were plenty of restaurants nearby and a grocery store within walking distance. the AC in the bedroom kept us cool, although the other areas were a bit warm, but it was expected. the owners provided a parking space across from the building and the kitchen had all the cookware we needed. the terrace was a lovely addition, and the tile work in the units was extraordinary. Our host, Sean, was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We felt safe and had a true Puerto Rican experience. We would definitely stay here again!

The host provided boogie boards for the kids and a ride back to the airport. The apartments were clean with enough room for our group. Close to the beach, restaurants, and a Walmart. Complete kitchens and a nearby parking space. Excellent spot for a night in the area.

Posada Colonial Apartments was the best stay I've had in Puerto Rico. the place was clean, well put together, and it made me feel safe and secure. They had everything we needed for our stay, including creatively used bunk beds for my family of four. the hosts were extremely accommodating, allowing us to leave our bags and even providing transportation. the location was great, with many restaurants and bars nearby, as well as a beautiful beach just a short walk away. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico.

We had a delightful stay at Posada Colonial. the hosts were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They provided a free shuttle service to and from the airport and even to and from the ship. the location was ideal, with easy access to Ocean Park beach. Our small apartment was sufficient for our family of four, and the hosts were always ready to assist us with any needs or questions.
