During our stay in this area, we were pleasantly surprised to find a hidden gem of a hotel. Situated in a location where four-star hotels were scarce, this hotel stood out with its beautiful garden, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a long day of exploring the Foggia and Lucera area. The service was impeccable, with friendly staff always ready to assist. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The hotel facilities, such as the swimming pool and spa, were well-maintained and added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating near the main building, providing a picturesque view while enjoying our meals.

The exclusive amenities here were fantastic, as we were pampered with luxurious treatment in the Spa & wellness centre. the swimming pool was amazing, allowing us to soak up the sun and relax on the sun loungers in the garden area. The restaurant's menu was exceptional, allowing us to enjoy in-room breakfast with seasonal outdoor pool view, while the bar/lounge area had us covered to grab some delicious snacks. Cons: the only minor issue we faced was the lack of options for special diet menus, other than that everything was perfect. the service was outstanding, providing us with a private facility that enhanced our overall experience.

Everything was fantastic.

The breakfast and dinner were excellent and offered high quality, locally grown, fresh ingredients. the service was top notch, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. the setting was surrounded by beautiful greenery and palm trees providing a peaceful environment.

The hotel staff at reception could have been more communicative and welcoming. Some staff members were indifferent, making guests feel as if they were interrupting them.
