High pet fees could be adjusted to align with industry standards!!! Noise disturbances from the bar area disrupted my peace!!! Room layout felt awkward with poorly positioned furniture!!! HVAC system was inconsistent with temperature control!!!

The location is fantastic, with a nearby mall for quick snacks. The Bistro staff, especially during my breakfast, were friendly and accommodating.

The elevator seemed outdated and slow, which was frustrating. My room had some cleanliness issues, and the water pressure dropped unexpectedly on my second day.

Our check-in experience was a bit cold, but the shuttle drivers were exceptionally friendly, making our time at the hotel more enjoyable. The breakfast varied greatly in quality each day—a mixed bag of experiences.

Unfortunately, the check-in process was quite disheartening. The staff at the front desk appeared indifferent and unwelcoming, which set a negative tone for my stay. Furthermore, I found the parking fees to be an unexpected burden, as they added extra costs that I wasn't prepared for. It would have been better if the staff had been more attentive or friendly, as this significantly impacted my overall experience.

The bar and bistro had the best service I've ever encountered. The bartender Alex was just incredible, really made me feel welcomed. The front desk staff checked me in with warmth and cheer, which is exactly what you need after a long drive. They even held a package for me that arrived after checkout like it's no big deal, but it meant a lot.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but what I got was still reasonable in a place like this.
