We had a wonderful experience during our new year stay. the comfortable bed and nice linens provided a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. the hotel's great location allowed us to easily walk through the park to the center and to the train station for day trips to Lucca and Pistoia. Additionally, the attentive and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable and memorable.

The staff was friendly and efficient, making sure that all my needs were met. I also appreciated the convenient parking service available in the underground car park. The bed in my room was extremely comfortable and the linens were of great quality. Additionally, the stable and fast internet connection was a bonus. my experience at Grand Hotel Vittoria was enjoyable and I would certainly recommend it.
