I had an amazing experience at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city by foot and attending the candlelight procession in the evening. The hotel's proximity to the attractions made it very convenient. The staff were exceptional and provided great service throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. I especially loved the balcony overlooking the river, it was a lovely addition to my stay.

The hotel had comfortable rooms and the staff were helpful. the location was convenient for visiting the main attractions and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Additionally, the breakfast provided was fresh and delicious.

The hotel was quite a distance away from the historical site of Bernadette's history, which required a 15-minute walk to reach. This was a bit inconvenient for me as I wanted to explore that side of the village.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, right on the river and surrounded by good restaurants. We were able to enjoy a lovely balcony overlooking the river, which provided a beautiful view. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel like part of their family. The hotel was also centrally located, just a short walk away from the Sanctuary of the Lady of Lourdes and other attractions in this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were well-maintained. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast they offered.

Amazing location with beautiful views of the river and close to the attractions. Comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. Plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from.

The staff provided incorrect information about transportation to the airport, leading to an expensive last-minute taxi ride. the restaurant experience was underwhelming, with poor service and substandard meals that did not meet expectations.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the town and just a short walk to the parking area. It was convenient to have the municipal parking nearby and at a reasonable price. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It was nice to have the option to cancel our reservation up until the day of arrival, without any strict notice requirements.

We were disappointed that the room locks still used keys instead of cards. It would have been more convenient and secure to have card access.

I had the most amazing stay at a beautiful hotel in Lourdes. The view from my balcony was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were so friendly and always ready to assist. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the in-room amenities, including the kettle for coffee and milk, and the ability to customize our menu choices. The hotel's close proximity to the grotto and convenient car park made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were always ready to help and we appreciated the availability of newspapers and magazines. The cosy sitting room was a great place to relax.
