The room was spacious and well-furnished, with a great view of the sea and castle. the staff were attentive and polite, and the food in the restaurant was exceptional. the hotel's location was ideal, being within a 10-15 minute walk of attractions and having a nice promenade with restaurants and cafes nearby.

There were some issues with the breakfast, as it ran out quickly and was not replenished. the staff also seemed pushy in trying to sell an expensive and useless bus tour, instead of giving helpful information about touring the area.

The only minor issue was the intermittent wifi, but that didn't detract from my overall experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a city trip.

We had the most amazing stay at a hotel overlooking the beautiful Bay of Naples. Our luxury suite had not one, but two balconies, providing breathtaking views. The room itself was incredibly comfortable, with an amazing bed that made us feel like we were sleeping on a cloud. It definitely stood out as the best room of our entire trip. Despite a small hiccup with some hair in the tub and a cigarette burn mark on one of the sofa seats, we were overall very satisfied and would happily stay here again. The wow factor of this hotel is truly something special. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and unforgettable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the castle and the older part of town. The renovated rooms on the 1st and 5th floors are nicely done. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The surrounding area has plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Great breakfast buffet with plant-based milk option.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location right on the waterfront in a nice part of town was absolutely stunning. I could admire the picturesque marina while overlooking a 2000 year old castle. Not only that, but it was also conveniently located near the shopping street Via Toledo and not far away from the historic center. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and everything was kept clean and tidy. The breakfast offered a delicious spread of options to start the day off right. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

It was convenient to walk around and explore the area. the room we stayed in had a large balcony, which was a nice feature. the view from the balcony was beautiful, overlooking the water. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay more enjoyable.

One major downside was the lack of cleanliness in the whirlpool. It looked nice at first, but when we used it, the water didn't drain properly.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and enjoyed the holiday very much. the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food to choose from. the location was great, as it was very close to many restaurants and had a beautiful view of the bay. We also appreciated the complimentary Christmas cookies and sweets left in our room.
