I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, in a quiet residential area but with easy access to the city centre via the nearby tube station. The customer service was excellent, staff went out of their way to accommodate us with any request, especially at the reception desk. The room amenities were great, with everything we needed available including in-room breakfast, flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle. The dining restaurant was also top-notch, with a buffet breakfast and special diet menus available. Cons: I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxury stay with all the standard services you could expect in a 4-star hotel.

The breakfast was a great way to start the day, with a wide variety of food to choose from, especially tasty bacon and eggs. the rooms were very comfortable and plush, making us feel pampered and relaxed. the hotel's location was also key, giving us easy access to the city's attractions and shopping.

we were not thrilled with the lack of assistance offered upon arrival with unloading our luggage and finding the hotel's car park. Finally, the noise from the elevator shaft in one of the rooms was quite unpleasant, which detracted from our overall experience.
