absolutely overrated, the breakfast area is way too cramped, I was suffocated. Also, not having a lift was a travesty. how are guests supposed to manage? I expected some grand gesture like an upgrade for my troubles, but that apparently wasn't happening. I almost left a good review, but just couldn’t overlook these major flaws.

we had a lovely stay at al ponte mocenigo! the location is fantastic, just a short stroll through the winding pathways to major spots. the room was spotless with gorgeous venetian decor. the breakfast in the charming courtyard was delightful, and staff, especially the breakfast women, were super friendly and made our mornings bright.

would have loved a few more veggie/vegan savory options for breakfast.

the stone floor in my room was unbearably cold, very unwelcoming, almost as if the hotel wanted me to suffer. Also, the shower pressure was pathetic, barely managing to rinse off soap! I would have expected an upgrade or even complimentary slippers, but I suppose that’s too much to ask. I almost left a good review, but just couldn’t.

We stayed at this delightful hotel with our kids and relatives, enjoying the cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was fantastic, especially in the charming courtyard. The staff went above and beyond, even providing us with boots during the flood. What a thoughtful touch!

Superb location near the water bus stop! Our room was spacious and elegantly decorated in proper Venetian flair. Plus, the owner went above and beyond to help us when we lost our phone. So sterling service!

had an amazin stay at hotel al ponte mocenigo! the location is perfect, just steps away from the canal, super quiet area tho. our room was really spacious with that fancy venetian vibe, and the breakfast in the cute courtyard was delicious, lots of fresh pastries! the staff were really welcoming and helped us with everything we needed, especially walter, he’s the best! definitely a great spot for enjoyin venice!
