This hotel was absolutely phenomenal! Our room and bathroom were large and beautifully decorated, like living in a fairytale. It was calm and lovely, with incredibly sweet and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious and the service was friendly. I would 1000% recommend this hotel and would love to come back soon!

Al Ponte Mocenigo was an incredible place to stay. This small, independent hotel has beautifully refurbished rooms that are full of charm and character. the location is perfect, just a few steps from the San Stae vaporetti stop on the Grand Canal. Our room was stunning, with gold fabric-covered walls, original terrazzo floors, and a very comfortable super king size bed. the staff was extremely helpful and polite, making our stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food to choose from. a memorable and comfortable experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful Venetian decor of the hotel, it felt like stepping back in time. My room was clean and cozy, with a lovely little balcony overlooking the canal. The location was perfect, tucked away from the hustle and bustle but still only a short 15-minute walk to St. Mark’s Square. The staff was friendly and the breakfast offered a nice selection of local foods. I highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel for a charming stay in Venice.

We stayed at Hotel Al Ponte Mocenigo for 5 nights for a romantic getaway. The hotel is located in a quiet area and the room was lovely with high beamed ceilings and elegant decor. The modern bathroom was spotlessly clean. We were lucky to be upgraded to a small suite. The staff were gracious and helpful, offering great suggestions and speaking excellent English. The breakfast was varied and excellent, and we loved the option of eating in the walled garden. The air conditioning was a real oasis in the July heat. we highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was perfect! The location was fantastic, just steps away from the San Stae waterbus stop, making it easy to explore the city. We stayed in the new annex, which was spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast served in the beautiful garden was delicious and filled us up for the day. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with useful tips and recommendations. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

As a tourist, I really enjoyed the accommodating staff who provided coffee and breakfast for our early morning flight. The decor was charming and the location was fantastic, just around the corner from the San Stae vaparetto. The breakfast had plenty of choices, including delicious blueberry muffins.

The manager at the hotel was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. the rooms were elegant and spacious, giving us a comfortable place to relax. Additionally, the location of the hotel was excellent, being just a short walk from a vaparetto stop and allowing us to easily explore the area.
