If you are a light sleeper, you might experience some noise disturbances from the rooftop bar, particularly if you are staying on the higher floors.

We just loved the restaurant downstairs where we could find a great place to eat. Thanks to Lukas for all the info on the trip in from the airport and for recommending the nearby grocery store. The hotel was located on a street that directly led to a very picturesque garden and the Coliseum. The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff provided exceptional service. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a great way to start the day, accompanied by a splendid view of the Coliseum.

There was not enough seating in the lobby to relax and wait for others, particularly in the peak summer season when guests might need a break from the heat.

Our suite was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. For the price we paid, the value we got at this charming hotel was exceptional. The room was spacious, modern, and spotless, with a larger than expected bathroom. The hotel's location in the vibrant Monti area was perfect, with plenty of cute little bars, cafes, and restaurants right outside the door. The staff, especially Alexandra and Katrina, were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely perfect. They truly made us feel at home.

The breakfast could have been better. Although it was served on the rooftop terrace, which was a lovely setting, there could have been more variety and options to choose from.

We had an amazing experience at Condominio Monti Boutique. the hotel's location in the Monti area was perfect for us - close enough to central Rome but away from the crowds and noise. There were plenty of good local restaurants nearby, and the staff at the reception and during breakfast on the rooftop were mostly helpful and friendly. Our room, which overlooked the street, was not too noisy in the evenings. the cleanliness and condition of the hotel were excellent.

This hotel is in a wonderful area of Rome that's not too touristy and located on a quiet side street with a view of the Coliseum. The rooms are brand new and have all the latest facilities, including a lovely large patio. Breakfast is served on the rooftop and has an amazing view.

The hotel was in a great area, walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. the room was clean and cozy, with comfortable bedding and a good shower. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and happy hour drinks, which were a nice touch and helped me save money.

There was a lot of noise coming from the street outside, making it tough to get a good night's sleep. the staff didn't seem very interested in helping me with recommendations for things to do in the area.

They were always friendly, cheerful, and extremely helpful, providing me with directions, sightseeing suggestions. Lastly, the cleanliness of the rooms was impressive. My room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. this hotel provided excellent value for money.
