The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and a terrace to enjoy the views. the staff was friendly and attentive, always willing to help. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities. Plus, the hotel offered a variety of amenities such as a spa and a pool, providing a relaxing environment for guests.

The beach was disappointing, with brown water and a lot of seaweed. the room decor felt outdated and in need of renovation.

The staff was amazing, the food was fantastic, and the grounds were beautiful. It was the most relaxing vacation we've ever had. Perfect place to unplug and get pampered.

For the value we received, our stay at Zoetry was well worth it. The room was spacious and the ocean view from the terraces was stunning. The location was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The staff went above and beyond, providing impeccable service and making us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay.

One small improvement that could be made for breakfast is to offer a wider variety of options.

The staff treated us like royalty and made us feel truly special. The food and bar were excellent, and we loved seeing the beautiful animals roaming around. We even got a surprise room upgrade! The resort had plenty of activities to keep us entertained, and the free airport transfers were a breeze. Thank you for an unforgettable honeymoon!

We had an amazing time at this boutique resort! The staff at Zoetry was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our room was beautiful, and we loved having our own small plunge pool. The food exceeded our expectations, and the all-inclusive package was a great value. The beach was well-maintained, and although the seaweed was an issue in other areas, the staff took care of it here. The pools were clean and warm, perfect for relaxing. We also enjoyed the SPA experience, particularly the Temescal. a perfect honeymoon experience! We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We had the most relaxing and pampering vacation ever at this hotel. The staff were amazing, providing friendly and considerate service. The facility was beautiful and clean, with a small and intimate atmosphere. The hotel had many daily events and activities for guests to enjoy, such as tea service, aqua aerobics, and wine tastings. The location on the Riviera Maya was remote and peaceful, with the crashing of the ocean waves and the rustle of the wind creating a heavenly ambiance. The food was great, the drinks were top-notch, and the environment was truly luxurious.

Queen beds were separate and small, unable to be pushed together. Front desk did not offer upgrade or late check-out. Favorite resort for 6 years in a row, staff remembers us, amazing rooms by water. Turtle release activity is incredible. Canoa restaurant is 5-star, great food. Property is quiet with no nightlife. Staff provides excellent service. Resort offers daily events. A relaxing and pampering vacation. Located between Hotel District and Playa de Carmen.

We chose this boutique resort for our 25th wedding anniversary because we are foodies and wanted a romantic experience. The rooms were gorgeous, the dinner was exquisite, and the staff went above and beyond to keep us safe during the hurricane. The organization was seamless, and we appreciated everything. We can't wait to return in January or February!
