The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing! the front desk person went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We had a small issue with the room size not being big enough for all of us, but the staff quickly solved the problem with a smile on their face. Another great aspect of this hotel is the location. It is right in the city center, making it easy to explore all the attractions and restaurants in the area. Plus, the hotel offers affordable parking, which is a rare find in a city.

The biggest downside of our stay was the ambient noise from the city. We were constantly being awakened by traffic, sirens, and trains throughout the night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I was looking for a romantic getaway with a very special lady. The whole staff pitched in to decorate our room in the honeymoon suite, with roses, chocolates, and sparkling cider. They even remembered that I don't drink! The location was perfect for us, very central and close to everything we wanted to see and do. The room was quiet and comfortable, on the top floor away from the street. The front desk staff, especially Noah, were wonderful. Breakfast at the nearby cafe was convenient.

Great perks and clean room. Enjoyed the renovated bathroom and spacious shower. the BOGO beer or wine coupon was a nice touch. the style of the bar downstairs was also a plus.

For older folks, the stairs with suitcases were a bit of a hassle, even with the elevator. the breakfast host seemed grumpy and agitated.
