This hotel offers great value for money with its comfortable rooms and convenient location. The staff is lovely and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The hotel is situated directly opposite a small shopping center, making it easy to grab a meal or do some quick shopping. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance to a wonderful shopping area, providing guests with plenty of options. The rooms with a couch, including a sofa bed, are a nice touch. And although breakfast is not included, the presence of Starbucks in the lobby offers a great alternative.

I recently stayed at a pleasant hotel in a good location. The hotel is conveniently situated within a 10-minute walk from the ferry terminal to San Francisco. The reception staff were helpful by providing me with a schedule for the ferry. In addition, there is a farmers’ market and a variety of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. The hotel staff were friendly and always willing to assist. Although the room had a slightly outdated decor, it was clean and tidy, and the shower had good water pressure. The room also had amenities such as a fridge and a coffee machine. The bed was comfortable, and there was ample storage space. The hotel does serve cafe-style food, although the prices were a bit high. However, the salads were enjoyable. There is also a shop/kiosk where you can purchase toiletries and snacks. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, and I would recommend it.

The staff at Courtyard were incredibly accommodating and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, especially considering we had my 95-year-old mother with us. They even arranged for a room near an entrance and with a view of the pool and courtyard. Their exceptional customer service made our stay truly enjoyable.

Great location! the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping, making it easy to explore the city. the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. the exercise room was empty, which was a bonus. Additionally, being across the street from a variety of food and drink options elevated the overall experience.

During our stay, the hotel was undergoing renovations and half of it was closed. As the day went on, a toxic smell began to permeate the hallways and our room, making it difficult to breathe.

The location, property, and staff were excellent. Access to attractions, ferry terminal, and freeway. Great cafe/bakery across the street with a farmers market and food trucks. Quality better than the city.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We had to evacuate from our home in Sonoma County and found refuge at Courtyard. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The operations manager arranged for a mobile generator when the power was cut off, ensuring we had all the amenities we needed. The location, a five-minute walk to the ferry to San Francisco, was also a plus. I highly recommend this hotel in times of need or for a peaceful getaway.

We enjoyed the hotel facilities, including the pool for the kids and the firepit to gather around in the evening. The hotel also had a small outdoor sitting area where we could relax. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as we were able to easily access San Francisco via the ferry across the street or by car. Additionally, the hotel offered transportation options to nearby attractions such as Muir Woods and Marin Headlands. The Bistro in the hotel provided healthy meals for breakfast, and there was Starbucks coffee available in the lobby. this was a really nice place to stay.

The complimentary coffee and bar in the spacious lobby are a great way to start your day. the location is perfect with several restaurants just across the street, and easy access to freeways. We enjoyed visiting the national parks of Marin County and fighting crime like Dirty Harry in the area.

Although the towels looked clean, they were pretty rough. the design of the shower/closet doors was a bit unusual, dangerously opening onto the user.

On top of that, there is a pool and fitness room available for guests to use.

Some minor exterior issues were noted in reviews, such as warped siding and the need for power washing around the pool area.
