The general areas were clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel, with easy-to-navigate hallways and elevators, making it convenient for me to move around without any difficulties.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive and helpful. It would have been nice to receive a bit more assistance and warmth from the staff during my stay.

Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, with delicious options to start our day.

I also enjoyed the breakfast that was included in my stay, it was a good bonus to start the day.

I had a very pleasant couple of nights at Hotel Castel Vecchio. The location was fantastic, with beautiful views of Lake Albano and the Papal Summer Palace from my bedroom window. Despite a small room, the views made up for it. The breakfasts were great, although they could have had a bit less cakes and pastries. The rooftop swimming pool was relaxing, and I enjoyed unwinding in Castel Gandolfo. The highlight was the tour of the palace, which was absolutely fantastic. I would recommend this hotel for a peaceful getaway.
