I had a fantastic stay in this hotel with its perfect location right at the Old City center. I enjoyed waking up to the view of the cathedral every morning. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel also offered a decent breakfast with a variety of options.

This hotel is in a great location, just next to the cathedral and in the centre of town. It's ideal for exploring the most interesting historical sites as everything is within easy walking distance. The rooms are well-kept with necessary facilities, and my room even had a nice modern bathroom and a king-sized bed for parents. The breakfast included was plentiful.

The location of this hotel is perfect, right next to Santa Maria Cathedral. Being right at the heart of the Piazza Duomo makes it ideal for us - just a few steps away from the Duomo, with great restaurants and gelato shops nearby. The rooms are clean, with comfy beds and nice hot showers. Plus, some rooms even have views of the Duomo!

Close to cultural sites and railway with a good-sized room. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast, and the view of the Duomo from my window was a pleasant surprise. Bathroom was clean, but the shower was a little tricky. I recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It had the best location, just a minute away from the main attractions and the city center. The hotel facilities were excellent, and there was even an elevator for luggage. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, making it easy to communicate and get any information I needed. The room was large and clean, and so was the spacious bathroom. It was also conveniently close to the main train station, making transportation a breeze. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and offered both sweet and savory options.

The breakfast was delightful with a variety of delicious options to choose from. the location was unbeatable, just a short walk away from major attractions and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. We also loved the charming appeal of the hotel, it had a nice ambiance that added to the romantic atmosphere of our getaway.

The rooms were not soundproof, so we could hear the noise from the streets which made it a bit difficult to sleep in. Additionally, it would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room, as well as some English TV channels for added convenience and entertainment.

This hotel is a great find in the heart of the city, with an excellent location close to the most interesting historical sites. It is situated in a car-restricted area, making it a convenient base for exploring the city on foot. The staff are friendly and always ready to assist, providing top-notch service throughout our stay. The rooms, although basic, are well-kept and cleaned daily, with all the necessary facilities we needed. Another great bonus is that breakfast is included, making it a convenient start to the day.
