They were able to secure a car for me in less than 5 minutes and even arranged for the rental company to pick me up at the hotel the next morning. This kind of service really made my experience seamless and stress-free.

Had an amazing time in the city and our stay made it even better! the breakfast was outstanding and offered excellent choices; they had pastries, great coffee and very tasty eggs. Another great aspect was the friendly staff that made the stay even more pleasant. They recommended excellent places to visit and we never would have found them without their insider's guide. the location was key as we were able to walk to many of the attractions we wanted to see and they even had parking for our rental car which was a lifesaver.

The thin walls between the rooms, as it made it hard to sleep with the noise from people talking and moving around in the hallway. Other than that, we had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting the city!
