Despite some negative reviews, our experience was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and quickly moved us to a refurbished room when we requested. The newly updated areas of the hotel, like the reception, bar, terrace, restaurant, and pool. The views of the lake from the bar and terrace were breathtaking. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a great variety, and the service was impeccable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others. a wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful family stay at a hotel near a beautiful lake. The location was exceptional, with easy access to the center of town and the lake area with boats. We enjoyed the tapas at the informal restaurant near the spa, and the bar area provided a cozy atmosphere. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. We also loved the pool area, which was clean and very relaxing.

The vegetarian options for the food weren't impressive, although the hotel staff tried to accommodate our needs.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. The room I stayed in was cozy and comfortable, and I especially loved the hot tub. The food at the pub, cocktail bar, and à la carte restaurant was absolutely delicious, and breakfast was a highlight with their incredibly tasty scrambled eggs. I was so impressed with my stay that I even booked another visit for our first anniversary. I can't wait to return to this lovely hotel.

The hotel had spacious, modern rooms with great facilities for couples. The bathroom was recently renovated and the pool area was fabulous and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with our 2-year-old, and the on-site pub and restaurant served delicious homemade meals. We also enjoyed the hot tub for a relaxing end to the day.

The location of the hotel was also perfect, allowing for a short walk to the shops, restaurants, and bars in the area. We were thoroughly impressed with the beautiful hotel and the wonderful staff who created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the pub and spa facilities. Additionally, the hotel offered a great breakfast with a variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Located near Lake Windermere, with various boat and ferry trips on offer for a perfect lakeside experience. Our room was spacious and clean, with a modern glass shower screen and sink in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing a detailed tour of the hotel upon arrival. The spa facilities were exceptional, and we enjoyed having the pool bar and a relaxing massage. The breakfast had a good selection of food, although the coffee could be improved. a great location for a relaxing stay in the beautiful Lake District.

The parking can get full quickly during check-in time, so arriving earlier would be recommended.

While my spa apartment was not located in the main section of the hotel and had no views, I found the room to be comfortable and clean. Although the TV would occasionally turn on by itself, it did not affect my overall experience.

Had a fantastic weekend away. the breakfast was yummy and had so much choice. We were also lucky enough to be upgraded to a deluxe suite with a hot tub, which was amazing. the staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the heart of the Lake District. The location was perfect, with shops, bars, and restaurants just around the corner. The room was spacious and clean, with modern amenities. The bathroom was spotless and the service was excellent. The breakfast was delicious and there were many options to choose from. From the pub attached to the hotel, I could see people in robes walking around, which made me excited to try out the spa facilities. it was a great experience.

One minor downside was the lack of dining area or comfy armchairs in the small apartment.
