Amazing spa experience. The spa treatments were top-notch and left us feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. The tranquil atmosphere and professional therapists added to the overall blissful experience. The perfect escape for some much-needed pampering. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent spa facilities.

The hotel is located right next to the beach, offering stunning views of the Indian Ocean. It is also conveniently opposite a children's play area, making it a great choice for families with kids. The beach itself is very close to the hotel and is described as lovely, providing guests with a picturesque setting to relax and enjoy the sun.

The cleanliness of the lift glass and surrounds could be improved, as some guests felt that it detracted from the overall attention to detail displayed by the hotel.

Staying here was one of our best decisions. This venue has the perfect location, right on the waters edge, it's stunning. We loved that it was within walking distance of the beach. Our sea-facing room was amazing, and we were pleased we were not directly above the entrance. The service was exceptional, from room service and housekeeping to laundry and airport shuttle. We enjoyed the welcome drink, and the way the staff accommodated our request for a menu change during breakfast. The spa centre was luxurious and had everything we could hope for, including massage, manicure, facial, steam room. Finally, we appreciated that this hotel catered to all of our needs, there was a game room, play area for the kids, and no pets allowed.

Great sea view rooms, tastefully furnished and with wonderful added amenities such as firewood and underfloor heating. Sumptuous breakfast that accommodates a variety of tastes, and professional, friendly staff that go above and beyond to ensure guests' satisfaction. A true gem to recommend to others.

The hotel's location opposite the beach was perfect. I could easily access the beautiful beaches and enjoy swimming in the perfect water. The hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms was impressive.

No board games or stronger wifi signal in the rooms.

Spent Christmas at a hotel by the beach, loved the complementary cocktails at check-in and the free WiFi. the location was spot on, right by the ocean with beautiful views. One afternoon, we enjoyed a relaxing massage at the spa which was an added bonus.

Sadly, the food was nothing to write home about, and the service was quite slow. We also experienced issues with the plumbing, with hot water taking forever to arrive in the bathroom and the shower drain being blocked.
