I love this family hotel by the beach. The owner is always there with a friendly welcome, making us feel right at home. The rooms are comfortable and we even got a nice room in the backyard with a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast is delicious and the staff goes out of their way to make us feel pampered. Plus, the hotel bikes are like new, perfect for exploring the area!

The hotel could benefit from having a lift for easier access to the upper floors.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Secondly, the location was perfect - right on the sea front, with stunning views of the coastline. Finally, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive; everything was clean and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the fact that the rooms had their own bathrooms, and we were even provided with an electric kettle.

No negatives, everything was absolutely fine.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Hotel Italia. The room had an old charm that added to the ambiance, and the views of the beach and mountains were fantastic. The breakfast was lovely and had a good variety of options. The family who runs the hotel were extremely welcoming and helpful, making our stay memorable. We even got to use their bikes and they organized a tour for us to visit the Carrara Marble Mines and Carrera town. I would highly recommend this hotel for its charm, location, and outstanding service.

Italian family-run villa, charming and elegant. Staff went above and beyond, providing an electric kettle and iron. Breakfast had a wide variety, including fresh fruit, pastries, and cold meats/cheese. Beautiful views from the patio. Pristine appearance and excellent service from the cleaning staff. Late check-out allowed for a relaxed stay.

Wow, I had a great time at this Hotel in Marina di Massa! The staff was super friendly, attentive, and helpful during my entire stay. The food was scrumptious, and I loved the variety of options for breakfast. The rooms were comfortable and super clean. I enjoyed the excellent location as it was a walking distance to the beach, and the view was breathtaking. the rooftop terrace was a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day.

The only downside I noticed was that some of the streets around the hotel were too busy and noisy at times, so I wouldn't recommend rooms facing the street if you are a light sleeper. Other than that, everything was perfect.
