I had a truly amazing stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and well-maintained environment. The stunning view from the pool made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, providing friendly and helpful service. Additionally, the location, situated on a windy two-lane road with houses and resorts built right on the side of cliffs, added to the unique charm of this destination.

Nothing to dislike.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful and open resort. The value for my money was excellent, especially with the spacious and luxurious Master Suite that had two balconies. The location was perfect, just outside of the town and right on the beach with the jungle surroundings. The staff at Hilton were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially shout outs to Juan in Entertainment and Marco in concierge who assisted with all my questions.

The hotel breakfast menu could have had more variety for such a great place.

Noisy rooms and ineffective air conditioning.

The food was delicious, gluten-free options available. Amazing staff, especially Jose at the pool. Beautiful beach and clean rooms. Great value for the price.

Cannot find any fault.

This hotel was definitely worth the money. The service was great, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, right on the beach and with a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean from our balcony room. The breakfast was also delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.

We stayed at Hilton Riviera for a week on a relaxing vacation. The food and service were great, with Giulietta restaurant being a standout. The staff, from the waiters to the concierge, were kind and always helpful. Room service was pleasant and accommodating. We were even able to shorten our stay without any charges and were offered an upgraded room. The location was excellent, with clean beaches and warm ocean water. a great place for a swim-filled getaway.

The hotel is ideally located right on the ocean with stunning views. Although not in the center of the action, it's close to a bus stop that takes you into town in a short time. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds, the bathroom is spacious and the service is outstanding. The breakfast is tasty with plenty of options. The pools are spacious and fun, especially the one with the swim-up bar.

Some of the restaurants can be hit or miss when it comes to the food quality, and the service can sometimes be slow, especially during peak hours.

I recently stayed at this place and I had an amazing time. The location here is perfect since it is situated on the beach and just off the highway. I enjoyed the wonderful service, refreshing room amenities, and 24-hour room service. The staff was very accommodating and always went above and beyond for me, providing exceptional service. The dining options were wonderful with great food and special diet menus. Another highlight was the leisure spa and wellness centre, complete with a sauna, swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, and jacuzzi.

If you're looking for a stunning place to relax and have a good time with your family and friends, then I highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at the Hilton in Vallarta was worth every penny. The room was fantastic, clean, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, with a beautiful beach and warm ocean waters. The staff treated us like VIPs, always attentive and anticipating our needs. From the friendly poolside service to the exceptional spa experience, we felt special throughout our stay. We can't wait to return!

The breakfast experience could be improved with a wider variety of options.

We loved the access to Adventure Vallarta for excursions. We went on the Luxury Yacht and Snorkel tour and the Las Caletas beach hideaway tour. Both were fabulous and the highlight of our stay. Overall we recommend Hilton for a great vacation experience.

We had a luxurious time at this hotel. the exclusive amenities, including the Spa & wellness centre, Jacuzzi, and Sun terrace exceeded our expectations. the Swimming pool was outstanding, with heated water, Sun loungers, and Beach umbrellas. the Restaurant served a delicious Breakfast and Special diet menus, and the Bar/ Lounge area was well-stocked.

The only minor issue we had was with the Night club. Although there was Live entertainment, the noise level was too high, and we could hear it from our room.

Easy check-in process for grand access. Quiet lounge with great drinks and sushi. Spa and room service available. Huge pools to enjoy. Multiple restaurants offering Asian, Mexican, Italian, grill, and seafood options. Friendly staff who speak good English. Bell boys provide excellent service and ensure trusted taxis. Energetic and helpful guys who set up umbrellas by the shore.

the staff, especially Antonio, Ricardo, and Daniel, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and catered to all of our needs. the cleanliness of the resort was outstanding, with thorough sanitization measures in place. the DJ by the pool and in the lobby created a fun and upbeat atmosphere with a great selection of music. the food was fresh, tasty, and served at the highest quality. the bar had excellent top-shelf drink choices. We highly recommend this resort and can't wait to visit again!
