The hotel is conveniently located close to several sightseeing spots, allowing for easy exploration of the area. The room had a nice view and was clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was efficient and friendly. The breakfast had a good variety of food and was of excellent quality. The hotel also had a beautiful pool and outdoor areas for relaxation.

The wifi service was not reliable and could be improved.

We had the most amazing stay at this luxurious hotel by the lake. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing top-notch service throughout our entire stay. We loved spending time on the terrace at the restaurant, enjoying delicious food while taking in the breathtaking view. The hotel's location right on the shore of the lake with a small beach was absolutely perfect for us. We were able to swim and relax in a stunning setting surrounded by the beautiful mountains and charming towns.

Beautiful lake view from the room was the best thing about my xmas stay. the location was perfect as it was quiet and restful. the hot tub was a great experience, especially during this festive season. the room was comfortable with lovely toiletries, tea and coffee.

The menu for dinner was limited, but the food was fresh and well cooked. the area was beautiful but there weren't many spots to walk to around the hotel for the evening.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a fantastic pool where I enjoyed morning swims and a smaller, warmer pool with a breathtaking view. I also loved the easy access to the lake, where I took advantage of kayaking, pedalo, and paddleboard rentals. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with convenient access to a supermarket, restaurants, and even a boat jetty that offered trips to nearby attractions. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and the upgrade to the executive lake view room was well worth it. The view from the balcony was simply stunning, and the room itself was spacious and well-appointed with a comfortable double bed and all the necessary amenities. Additionally, the breakfast provided was extensive and delicious.
