We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a room with a private balcony. The view was breathtaking and we enjoyed relaxing and taking in the scenery. The pool area was also a highlight, providing a great spot to soak up the sun. The location was fantastic, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area. we had a lovely stay at this hotel.

The location is prime, with easy access to everything in town and a beautiful waterfront view. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, assisting with reservations and recommending the best beach for a fantastic beach day. Private parking was available, and breakfast was served daily.

There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the lovely town. Convenient access to Portofino and Cinque Terre. The hotel is located in a picturesque area surrounded by water and history. The rooms at Laurin were fantastic, with spacious balconies and stunning views. I particularly loved the shutters and Sun Shade, which allowed me to control the amount of sunlight coming into the room. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and polite, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location of the hotel was also a major advantage, being close to the main restaurants and bars in the area. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was excellent, right in the centre on the harbor with beautiful views from the balcony and rooftop pool area. It was also just a few minutes walk from the ferries and the small public beach, making it really convenient for exploring the area. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, always trying to help in any way they could. They even recommended a fantastic wine bar nearby that had amazing wines by the glass for a great price. The service was top-notch, from the room service to the housekeeping and laundry services. The room amenities were also impressive, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and outdoor dining area, providing plenty of choices for meals and drinks.

That the room I stayed in was a little disappointing. It was small and not quite as clean as the rest of the hotel.

As business guests, we appreciated the convenient location for exploring Santa Margherita, Portofino, and the surrounding areas. The third-floor terrace offered breathtaking views and was perfect for relaxing after a long day of work.

The breakfast buffet was pretty decent, offering a wide spread of dishes. They even offered some complimentary beverages like coffee and tea. the location is great as it's located right in the heart of the town, near the main shopping strip and the promenade. the hotel also had a pool which was great for a lazy afternoon dip.

The room we got was a bit smaller than we expected and the air-conditioning wasn't that great. We also found the staff to be a bit lackluster and not that friendly or helpful.

The view from our room was absolutely incredible, with a beautiful sea view that we could enjoy from our balcony or terrace. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and a bus station for exploring other areas. We had a relaxing and enjoyable time at the rooftop pool, especially during the hot summer weather.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect with a stunning view of the marina from my terrace. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly, from the reception desk to the maids. My room was very comfortable with all the amenities I could need, including an ironing board and flat-screen TV. The swimming pool and sun terrace were a great place to relax and soak in the view. The full body massage was also a nice touch to unwind after a day of hiking at the nearby golf course.

I would absolutely recommend this place to all.
