The location was great, just off the crowded part of Lenno. Well-maintained structure with a lovely swimming pool. Upgraded to a spacious and comfortable room. Good breakfast with variety. Friendly and helpful staff.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location was perfect for both chilling out and going on occasional trips to St Moritz, Bellagio, or one of the many lovely Villas & Gardens on the lake. The stop for the ferries was just outside, making transportation incredibly convenient. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The hotel is in a fabulous location right on the lake, with stunning views from the balcony. The ferry terminal is conveniently located across from the hotel, making it easy to explore different parts of the lake. The staff go above and beyond to make guests feel valued and attended to.

The hotel had a great location, right by the ferry station and with a beautiful view of the lake. the spacious room had a comfortable bed and a nice shower. the breakfast offered a good variety of food, including a gluten-free corner. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

Our room was an attic room, which made it difficult to see the lake views and it was noisy when it rained. It was a bit disappointing that there were no lake view rooms available.

We had a great experience staying at this place. The location is perfect, right at the ferry and with a port just in front, which made it easy for us to travel from town to town on Lake Como. The staff was exceptionally friendly and provided us with top-notch service, from the room service to the tours/ticket assistance. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, especially the outdoor swimming pool, which had sun loungers and beach umbrellas.

The location of this hotel in Lenno is absolutely stunning and right on the lake. The views from the restaurant are breathtaking and truly unforgettable. The staff at the hotel were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We were impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of our room, and the bathroom toiletries were replenished daily. The hotel restaurant served delicious Italian cuisine that we thoroughly enjoyed. Additionally, the convenience of the boat ferry departing just 30 meters from the hotel was a major plus.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is just perfect, with a peaceful and beautiful setting that is not too busy. The view from my room with a balcony overlooking the lake was absolutely stunning. I loved waking up in the morning and seeing the breathtaking scenery right outside my window. The hotel is conveniently located right by the small ferry terminal, making it easy to explore the area without having to worry about steep hills to climb with luggage.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, right on the shore of Lake Como and within walking distance of the main village and the Villa Balbianello. The hotel has beautiful views, especially during the stunning sunsets. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need, including bathtubs for a relaxing soak.
