We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The room was stunning, with a beautiful view of the mountains. It was impeccably clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel staff made us feel welcome and took care of all our needs. The wellness area was fantastic, especially the outdoor pool which was like heaven. We also appreciated the delicious breakfasts and dinners served at the hotel. the level of comfort and quality services provided here exceeded our expectations.

The rooms have windows that can open all night and the balconies are adorned with colorful garden boxes. The wooden interior adds a touch of charm. The staff are friendly and treat guests like family. Breakfasts offer fresh juices and dinners are delicious. The lodge/apartment is spacious, clean, and cozy with heated floors and a private sauna and Jacuzzi.

This hotel was one of the best experiences I've ever had! The location was fantastic, with easy access by bus to the gondola. The rooms were uniquely renovated and the bathroom was immaculate. The staff were incredibly friendly and treated us like family. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the hotel had amazing facilities, including a Jacuzzi and sauna on the terrace. It truly felt like a home away from home.

The laundry room could use a little upgrade since it seemed to get used a lot.

We spent a wonderful Easter break at this hotel with stunning views of the mountains. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety, including the option to make fresh juices. The dinners were also tasty and always cooked to perfection. The indoor and outdoor pool was relaxing and perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing. The staff is always friendly and made us feel welcome during our stay.

The room could have had better air conditioning as it was quite hot during the day and night. The pillows were too hard and uncomfortable which makes it difficult to sleep. Also, there was only one sofa in the living room to accommodate all guests. Despite these cons, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay.
