For the value we paid, our stay at the hotel was totally worth it. The room with the terrace provided us with an amazing view of the Arno River. The hotel's location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk to Firenze SME, and the staff, especially the Indian gentleman at the reception and the Filipino staff.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was a wider selection of bread.

I recently stayed at Principe for a short holiday in Florence. The staff, especially the friendly Indian receptionist and the pleasant Filipino staff, were incredibly helpful and made our stay perfect. The room with a terrace had an amazing view, and the room service was exceptional. The location was great, with easy access to the city center and a free private parking option. The tasty and satisfying breakfast was an added bonus. I would definitely return to this hotel if I ever visit again.

Amazing Xmas stay! We were impressed by the complimentary drinks and snacks offered upon arrival. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the city and enjoy its festive vibe. We particularly loved the cozy fireplace in the lounge area, where we spent our evenings curled up with a book.

While the hotel's old-world charm added to its ambiance, the outdated bathroom fixtures left something to be desired. The lack of soundproofing made for a noisy night's sleep, as we could hear the hustle and bustle of the street outside.

Enjoyed the luxury of the exclusive parking area, the peacefulness of the garden, and the stunning views from the terrace. The breakfast fit for a king kept me energized for my day ahead.

This place is amazing! It is perfectly located in the heart of the city, with most sights, restaurants and shops being just a few minutes walk away. The staff here are fantastic and have shown me wonderful hospitality. The room amenities are great, with everything I needed; such as air conditioning, a mini-bar and a very comfortable bed. The terrace and leisure garden area are beautiful, it is so relaxing to kick back here and enjoy my time. Also, the on-site car park is really convenient and provides me with ease of mind for my car.
