Loved the pool area and beach access! the pool had a great atmosphere and the service was top-notch. Chairs and cabanas were provided on the beach, which was a nice touch. the location was fantastic, right on the boardwalk with easy access to restaurants and attractions.

The pool area could use some updating, and there was some construction happening during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient. I also found it frustrating to have to pay for parasols on the beach, considering they were complimentary by the pool.

The hotel is conveniently located at the quiet end of Ocean Drive, providing a peaceful escape from the bustling atmosphere. The pool area was beautiful and the pool staff provided excellent service. The food and drinks were amazing, and I loved that I could easily access both the pool and the beach, with comfortable lawn chairs provided.

Best aspects of our stay were the excellent beach service and friendly staff on reception. The beach service provided us with chairs and umbrellas, and the staff, Kevin, Wilky, and Christian. The hotel's location was also a key advantage as it was perfectly placed to enjoy all that the area had to offer. Additionally, the spacious room with balcony and well-equipped kitchenette added to our enjoyment of the stay.

Worst aspects of our stay were the poor condition of the elevator, which took ages to close doors, and the lack of exclusivity for hotel guests in using the pool and beach facilities. The staff at the beach were rude, often closing early and picking up chairs that were still in use.
