They are attentive, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The service is top-notch. The basic amenities in the rooms are perfect for a family of 4. The rooms are neat, tidy, and provide everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The breakfast was a bit dull with no good coffee.

We had a wonderful time at Hotel Rivoli. The central location made it easy for us to explore everything on foot. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, providing excellent recommendations. They even took care of our luggage before check-in. The complimentary breakfast was well-appointed and the rooms were spacious and clean. The excellent wifi was a bonus. I had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in a great location. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I especially appreciated their help when I got sick and needed to go to the hospital. The small boutique feel of the hotel added to the cozy atmosphere. The rooms were basic but clean, and the breakfast served its purpose. I also enjoyed the sun terrace on the roof, where I was able to relax and enjoy the sunset with a glass of limoncello. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. It was close to the sea and a short walk from the main train station. There were beautiful restaurants nearby, and I loved ending my evenings at the lovely bar on the corner. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a lot of choices and included a delicious cappuccino. The parking service was reasonable at EUR18 per 24 hours, which was great for exploring this city and taking day trips around the region.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Sorrento. Its central location puts you right in the centre of everything, with the port just a short stroll away. The rooms are beautifully decorated and well-equipped, with a kitchenette and a lovely balcony overlooking a charming bell tower. The attentive staff are always on hand to assist and the breakfast included is a delightful treat. The overall value for money is outstanding.

The complementary prosecco and bouquet were a really nice touch. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the historic center with plenty of beautiful alleyways to explore. It was also just a short walk away from the main square, with easy access to public transportation to explore the surrounding area. We also loved the breakfast, there was a great variety of options to choose from every morning.

There were a few noisy guests during our stay that kept us up for a couple of nights, but that wasn't really the hotel's fault. the room could have been a bit bigger, but it was still comfortable enough for a weekend stay.

the location, however, was excellent. It was right at the end of a beautiful shopping and eating street, just a few minutes walk to Villa Comunale and the port, as well as the historic center. the staff was lovely and helpful, and the breakfast spread was large and delicious. the building itself was beautiful and our room was clean and modern.

the location was perfect for exploring Sorrento, with the train and bus stations nearby. There were plenty of great restaurants within a few minutes walk, and the hotel itself was in the old part of Sorrento, surrounded by charming shops. the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, and we really appreciated the freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast. a fantastic experience!
