I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was unbeatable, right next to the bus stop for easy transportation to the Fuji Q amusement park. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a lovely lounge area and three elevators for easy access to the rooms. The cleanliness was superb, and I loved the fact that the hotel was right on the amusement park with Mount Fuji in the background. The staff were friendly and informative, ensuring that my check-in and checkout were smooth.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The location is perfect as it is right beside the Fuji Q theme park. It's so convenient and made it easy for me to enjoy all the thrills and attractions. The staff here are excellent and provided a very good service. They spoke decent English and were always willing to assist with any inquiries or needs. The hotel offers a range of amenities including a leisure spa & wellness centre with a sauna, swimming pool, and various massage options. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities including a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and a cozy sitting area. Additionally, the hotel provides a free shuttle service which was very convenient for traveling around the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were amazing, especially Mr. Ashizawa and Mr. Y Omori. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, by apologizing for any issues we had with our initial room and upgrading us to a grand deluxe double bed room. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities were top-notch. We also loved the convenient parking and transportation options, making it easy to explore nearby train stations and even visit Fuji Q Highlands. The location was perfect, with stunning views of Mount Fuji and the nearby attraction park. The breakfast was a highlight of our stay, with a delicious buffet and even an indoor view of Mount Fuji. we were extremely satisfied with our experience at this hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect for visiting the nearby theme park. It was convenient to have a bus stop right by the hotel, making it easy to get around. Another great aspect was the stunning views of Mount Fuji from the rooms and the dining area. It was truly breathtaking to wake up to such a view. Additionally, the free admission to the nearby theme park was a bonus, even though the rides themselves were not included.

The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to visit the nearby Fuji-Q theme park. It's just a short walk away and you even get a 30-minute headstart on the coaster lineups. Plus, the hotel is close to other main attractions in the area, and there's a bus terminal right nearby if you're heading to the ski resorts.

The shuttle bus to the town ends early, making it difficult to get back to the hotel after having dinner in town.

The hotel was in a great location for accessing nearby attractions and restaurants. the view was amazing and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the early access to the park and the discounted park entry offered by the hotel.

The restaurant was a bit overpriced and the service was lacking, with a 10% service charge that didn't even cover complimentary water. the breakfast setup was a bit disappointing with no table settings, and guests had to collect utensils and drinks themselves.

We had an amazing experience at Highland Resort Hotel And Spa. The views of Mount Fuji were breathtaking from our spacious room. The onsen was a first-time experience for us and it was simply sublime. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and there was one particular staff member who had excellent English skills. The location was perfect, right next to the Fuji-Q theme park and close to great restaurants. The free access to the sky walk on the rooftop was a bonus and the wifi was fast and reliable. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.
