I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the location was perfect for my needs, being very close to the airport and within walking distance to the city center. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering directions and advice whenever needed. Lastly, the room itself exceeded my expectations, with a comfortable bed and a balcony that provided plenty of space to relax.

Finding the nearest tram station may be a bit challenging, making it slightly inconvenient for getting around.

As party people, we loved the lively atmosphere and friendly staff. The rooms were large, beautifully decorated, and had super comfortable beds. The hotel provided complimentary drinks, cookies, and even champagne, which welcomed us in style. The buffet-style breakfast was fresh and varied, giving us plenty of energy to start our day. the hotel was amazing and we would definitely stay here again.

Unexpectedly amazing breakfast experience! The freshly squeezed orange juice and magnificent coffee made our mornings delightful. The variety of continental options and the quality of the food exceeded our expectations. the breakfast alone made our stay at Susa worthwhile. Highly recommend!

The staff was really friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns I had. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation. The hotel was also close to a beautiful park, perfect for a relaxing stroll.

the noise from the traffic outside was quite bothersome, especially late at night. It made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

The room was consistently clean with daily towel changes and made beds. The staff provided fresh water and the requested bed arrangement. The breakfast had a variety of options including fruits, cereals, coffee, and more. The parking situation was convenient.

Excellent breakfast buffet with hard boiled eggs, good cappuccino, various fruits, cereals, and cheese. Free bottled water and Italian cookies in the room fridge. Friendly and helpful staff. Free street parking nearby. Playground and supermarket in close proximity.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were well-appointed and we were delighted to find a complimentary bottle of prosecco waiting for us in our room. The breakfast spread was extensive with plenty of options to choose from, including freshly made coffee and juice.

While our stay was mostly enjoyable, we did have some issues with noise in our first room. It was located near the reception desk and we could hear conversations from the lobby as well as noises from neighboring rooms.
