The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Great location near center and river. They offer free bikes. Fabulous breakfast in garden.

Free Brixen Card with benefits such as free access to Aquarena and discounted travel to Mount Plose. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice garden and terrace. Clean and spacious room with a large terrace. Possibility to rent bikes and e-bikes.

We had a fabulous stay at a hotel just a stone's throw away from the charming old town. The location was perfect, right across from the Kaputsiner Kloister. Although our room faced the street, we didn't mind the slight morning noise from passing cars. The breakfasts were simply delightful, especially the coffee and croissants that we still fondly remember. The hotel's proximity to the bus stop made exploring the surrounding area a breeze, and we took full advantage of the Brixen Card for free transportation. We even used it to visit the impressive Aquarena swimming pool and take a bus to the Plose mountain for some skiing. The warm welcome and excellent service from the hotel staff made our stay even better. We can't wait to return!

Great breakfast spread with an amazing location and view. Very clean rooms that were serviced daily which was a plus. the hotel is located in a central location which made it easy to get around and explore the area. Enjoyed the afternoon tea and cakes that were offered.

The rooms are quite pricy for what is on offer. the furniture in the room was dated and the beds were uncomfortable.
