The location was stunning, overlooking Lake Liscia, and it provided a peaceful and quiet environment. the staff, especially the reception staff and restaurant waiters, were incredibly nice and helpful. the food at the hotel was absolutely delicious and catered to every gourmet taste. the dishes were not only aesthetically pleasing but also bursting with flavor. the chef certainly deserves a lot of compliments for their attention to detail. we were impressed by the amazing view, the friendly staff, and the delectable cuisine.

I had a lovely stay at Valkarana Country Relais! the room was beautiful, with a balcony overlooking the pool and river. Waking up surrounded by nature was a refreshing escape from the touristy side of Sardinia. the highlight of my stay was the dinner at the hotel's restaurant - it was one of the best meals I had during my 9-day trip. the seabass and raviolis were delicious, and the starters and desserts were also fantastic. the breakfast was complete and tasty as well. the hotel staff were extremely helpful and provided great advice. the calm and peaceful location, along with the breathtaking view of the lake, made it a perfect short break destination. the swimming pool area was also very nice.
