We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful hotel surrounded by nature in the rolling hills of Tuscany. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch and the hotel facilities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the cozy and comfortable 1 Bedroom suite, which was perfect for our family. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. The location was secluded and peaceful, making us feel close to nature and allowing us to hear the birds singing and whispering.

Plenty of activities such as horse riding, cooking classes, and golf. Car rental is recommended due to the secluded area. The staff is friendly and helpful, with impeccable service. Room is clean, cozy, and spacious. Surroundings are peaceful and close to nature. Excellent breakfast and dining options. Great amenities like mountain bikes and tennis courts. Perfect place for celebrations.

We had the most amazing Christmas at this hotel! the staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the location was perfect, offering breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside. the suite we booked was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was absolutely luxurious. We also enjoyed the high-quality meals offered at the restaurant, truly a treat for the taste buds.

There were a couple of things that could have been improved. the breakfast service was a bit slow and inefficient at times.

Absolutely stunning rooms with cozy and bright interiors. The Suite Principessa on the second floor of the medieval village was a real treat with its beautiful views and real fireplace. It was one of the best rooms I've stayed in for the past year. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and the concierge service was excellent. The breakfast was delicious with fresh Italian products, and the dinners in the Osteria were exceptional. The hotel's location is great for exploring Tuscany, and the internet connection throughout the property was very good. I also had an amazing cooking class experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

We got great value for our money with a charming and modern room at Il Borro. The location was beautiful and the staff treated us like family.

The decor in the rooms was outdated and could use some refreshing. the staff seemed overwhelmed during busy times, causing delays in service.

I had an excellent stay at this beautiful resort in Tuscany. The location was perfect, with a charming village atmosphere and friendly staff. The room and bathroom were spacious, with comfortable beds and a strong water pressure. The breakfast at the outside restaurant was delicious and energizing. I also enjoyed the amenities like the infinity pool and the horseback riding. The location near Montevechi station made it easy to explore the surrounding area.

It would have been even better if there was a small shop in the village for basic supplies like ice cream and mosquito spray.

This hotel provides luxurious amenities that catered to all our needs. the service was exceptional, and we couldn't be happier with our Spa & wellness center experience. The indoor swimming pool is well-maintained, and the massage we received was rejuvenating. Cons: Our only minor issue was with the sauna; it was not in good condition during our stay. it did not hinder our overall experience at this amazing hotel.

The room was absolutely amazing, one of the best I've stayed in. the location was great and very secluded. the breakfast was top-notch, with super fresh Italian products. the staff was very welcoming and caring. the concierge was great. Easy parking and easy to drive around and explore Tuscany.

No heated pool, which was disappointing. Limited food choice and selection, especially for in-room dining and at the bistro.
