We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main train station and within easy access to all the major tourist attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any request we had. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and we appreciated the added amenities like ironing facilities and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a lovely terrace where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful weather.

As a solo traveler, I loved the excellent breakfast with plenty of options, including savory choices in Italy. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The view of the Opera was great. The location is convenient and safe, with buses and the Termini/Republica metro station within walking distance. We had a fantastic stay at Iq Hotel! the staff was genuinely helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the facilities were well-maintained, and we appreciated the extra touches like standalone showers for those who had already checked out. the hotel's location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the central train and bus station. We also loved the hospitality concept, with board games and books available in the restaurant/bar area. Special thanks to Bianca at the restaurant for spoiling our young son and to the night shift receptionist for their empathy during a health issue we experienced. the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices to satisfy everyone. We will definitely be coming back to Iq Hotel and will recommend it to our friends.

The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, and we loved the great toilet facilities. the staff, especially the female staff, were friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even better. the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and had a wide variety of options. Additionally, there were several eating places nearby, making it convenient to grab a meal.

One drawback was that there was no porter available to help with our luggage, which was disappointing after a long journey. Another downside was that there was no electrical kettle in the room, forcing us to use a plastic cup or mineral bottle for hot water.

It was also very easy to get to from the train station, and being close to the main train station made it convenient for exploring other parts of the city. Plus, being away from the main tourist attractions meant that it cost me 50% less than staying in a more central location. The staff were extremely helpful and approachable, making my stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with plenty of electrical plugs and USB ports. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices and good quality options.
