Holiday Inn in downtown Columbia was incredible! the location was perfect, allowing us to walk to everything. the bar, room cleanliness, and spectacular view were highlights. We received excellent assistance from the front desk, especially from Christian. the staff was always friendly and available to help. the key card elevator access added to the security feeling.

For a weekend getaway, we stayed at the Holiday Inn in downtown. the staff, especially the morning lady with braids and the evening duo, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. the room, though compact, offered a cozy and comfortable setting with all necessary amenities. the VIP parking and key card access to the nearby garage added convenience and security. Additionally, the chef's culinary skills at the adjacent restaurant made our dining experience unforgettable, and the delicious breakfast was a delightful start to our day.

The location was awesome, right in the heart of everything and within walking distance of all the main attractions. the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the front desk representative who made my check, in stress, free. the room was tidy, clean, and had a fantastic view!

The parking situation was a major downside. the garage was not well, lit and had some safety concerns, with homeless individuals in the area.

I always come back for the weekend. First stay: staff helped print important documents. Perfect spot with Wi, Fi, 24, hour reception, Bar. No pets or smoking. Comfortable with all I need.

The location is excellent- everything is comfortably close. The bed was one of the comfiest I've slept in a hotel. Even though breakfast isn't included, it's worth every penny. Overall I had a great experience at the Holiday Inn.

My thanksgiving stay couldn't have been better. the room was immaculate and the staff was amazing. the location was perfect, just a short stroll to many shops and restaurants. I enjoyed the comfortable bed and the amazing pillows that helped me rest well. the view from my room was breathtaking, and I appreciated the easy-going vibe of the property.

The noise that I heard from the surrounding area throughout the day. the dumpster area was right under my window, and considering that I was conducting important meetings on Zoom, it made for a noisy background.

Located in the heart of the downtown business district, the hotel is close to everything. Walking distance to the Art Museum and the University. The facilities are modern and clean. The friendly staff assists you with any inquiry. The hotel offers a nice view of the city.

The parking facilities are located a little far from the building, through what guests reported as a scary alley.
