Convenient location near shops, restaurants, and the Art Museum. Friendly staff, particularly a helpful lady handling check-in and breakfast. Facilities were clean, with comfortable beds. Front desk always available to assist.

The location is excellent- everything is comfortably close. The bed was one of the comfiest I've slept in a hotel. Even though breakfast isn't included, it's worth every penny. Overall I had a great experience at the Holiday Inn.

My thanksgiving stay couldn't have been better. The room was immaculate and the staff was amazing. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to many shops and restaurants. I enjoyed the comfortable bed and the amazing pillows that helped me rest well. The view from my room was breathtaking, and I appreciated the easy-going vibe of the property.

The noise that I heard from the surrounding area throughout the day. The dumpster area was right under my window, and considering that I was conducting important meetings on Zoom, it made for a noisy background.

Located in the heart of the downtown business district, the hotel is close to everything. Walking distance to the Art Museum and the University. The facilities are modern and clean. The friendly staff assists you with any inquiry. The hotel offers a nice view of the city.

The parking facilities are located a little far from the building, through what guests reported as a scary alley.
