I found the shower in my room to be rather tiny, which made it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the bed was not what I expected. it felt quite hard and I struggled to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast options were limited and lacked variety, which was disappointing given the renowned Italian breakfast culture.

My experience at Hotel Isabella was disappointing from the start. Though the location was excellent, I found the breakfast options lacking, with nothing fresh or homemade, which is typically expected in Italy. The bathroom layout was awkward, making it hard to move around, and the furnishings felt outdated and poorly maintained, with stained linens that were quite off-putting. Additionally, the noise from the street made it difficult to relax and sleep at night.

staying at isabella was great! the location is perfect, close to the ancient ruins, and it's nice and quiet. the rooms on the lobby floor are huge with private bathrooms. breakfast was delicious too, with options like cold cuts, cheeses, and tasty croissants. loved the hot chocolate!

The location is wonderfully central, making it easy to explore. Simona and staff went above and beyond, ensuring we enjoyed our stay, especially during challenging travel changes!

Amenities advertised were absent and the lift was constantly out of service, complicating our experience significantly. Breakfast in a basement setting felt uninviting and dull.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and accessible laundry. The staff even helped me with dining directions on my first stay. I always look forward to returning for a holiday!

Loved the terrace with stunning views of Etna and a great rooftop atmosphere. Location was prime for exploring local shops and attractions.

isabella has a fantastic location, right near the central bus station and tons of restaurants. it’s perfect for exploring the area. the beach and sunbathing options nearby are also a highlight. the staff was friendly and made our stay enjoyable.

Charming atmosphere, convenient location, right above Corso Umberto, allowing for delightful moments on our balcony while enjoying the lively ambience, and the free wi-fi made it easy to explore local attractions using the TaorminaLink shuttle from the station.
