The housekeeping could have been better- the pillows were uncomfortable and there were mold and a musty smell in the room. the restaurant service was inattentive and menu options limited.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel by the lake. the facilities were amazing, with lakeside access to Lago and a beautiful swimming pool area. the staff were incredibly helpful and recommended excellent wines and local food. the breakfasts were excellent and the bar in the evening was good too. We enjoyed the entertainment on the weekends and the view from our room, along with the nice balcony. the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of lovely restaurants in the area. Parking was easy and the self-catering facilities were well-equipped. a great stay!
