The staff at Hotel Kent were incredibly helpful and friendly. When we had trouble with the Wi-Fi, they were quick to assist us and ensure we were connected. They made our stay hassle-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

I really got my money's worth at Hotel Kent. The room was tidy, well-decorated, and in a prime location near the city center. The staff treated me so well, they were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Breakfast delights, but I wish they had more tables available for the continental breakfast. It was a bit crowded at times.

Great location, easy walk to Trevi Fountain and bars/restaurants. Clean rooms, powerful shower, friendly staff.

The value for money at Hotel Kent was excellent, we got a comfortable room and the staff treated us very nicely, especially Valentino and Romela! The location was perfect, just 2 bus stops away from Fontana de Trevi.

This hotel is situated in a calm residential area, making it a perfect retreat from the busy center. The staff are attentive and provide excellent service, even lending towels for a trip to the beach. The rooms are cleaned daily and offer reasonable comfort, with a big bed for a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast included provides a satisfying start to the day.

During our Easter stay, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. the housekeeper did a great job in maintaining tidiness throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, being situated in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. We found it convenient to have a supermarket nearby, and there were also good restaurants within walking distance.

One major drawback was the air conditioning. Unfortunately, it wasn't effective and left us feeling uncomfortable during our stay.

This hotel is authentically Roman, located in a local neighborhood where you can truly experience the local culture. The prices were great for the value, and the staff were very helpful and attentive. The basic amenities in the rooms were sufficient, and the breakfast had a small but enjoyable selection. Plus, the location was convenient with easy access to public transportation.

The noise from the elevators right next to reception was a bit bothersome.
