The hotel is located in a beautiful countryside setting, offering stunning views of the surrounding area. Guests can easily access Siena town center, which is just a short drive away. The on-site restaurant provides a convenient and casual dining option, perfect for families with children. The pizza restaurant in the hotel's Borgo Filletta section offers authentic food made from fresh local ingredients at a very reasonable price.

The main swimming pool had an issue with algae buildup during peak season, which is not acceptable.

The location, views, and staff were fantastic. The well-maintained Borgo offered charming and unique rooms with a stunning view over the hills. The SPA staff and hotel staff were kind and accommodating. The pool area was lovely with beautiful countryside views. The spacious room and quiet environment made for a perfect stay. The proximity to Sienna was a bonus.

Beautiful property and stunning surroundings; really felt like we were in Tuscany! Rooms were spacious, with great views and comfortable beds. Loved that the hotel had both indoor and outdoor pools!

While the hotel had potential, it was run-down in many areas. the facilities were not well-maintained, and some were not even available despite being advertised.

This hotel is an amazing and tranquil location to experience Tuscany. the staff is amiable and accommodating. the premises have an exclusive sauna and an indoor swimming pool with enticing aquamarine tiles. the lush and scenic garden area, complete with sun loungers and beach umbrellas, offers a serene place to unwind. the breakfast is a flavorful buffet with a vast variety of high, quality options. The venue provides a luxurious and comfortable full, body massage to fulfill your pampering needs. Cons: the only minor issue I encountered in this hotel was with the opaque and motion, sensitive room lights that abruptly turn on in the middle of the night, causing me to wake up disoriented.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was breathtaking, with stunning views of the countryside. The hotel facilities, including the pool and pool area, were lovely and perfect for relaxation. Our room was spacious and quiet, providing us with a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were amazing, going above and beyond to make our anniversary special, arranging a romantic dinner and even having the chef personally congratulate us. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly. The hotel was conveniently located, making it easy to explore nearby Siena and other attractions in Italy.
