The view out the window is exactly as shown on the website. Cute rooms. Breakfast is delivered to your room , but you can order as much as you want. Bathrooms are spacious. Very accommodating staff. Close to the Duomo. We would definitely stay here again. Great location for karaoke and casinos.

Recently stayed at a charming B&B in the heart of Florence for a short weekend getaway. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning and reliable internet. I loved the added touch of the pod coffee machine, making my mornings even more enjoyable. The staff at the reception were quick to respond to any issues and were incredibly helpful. The location couldn't have been better, as it was conveniently situated in the center of the city's historic district.

I must say, this hotel exceeded all our expectations. The location was absolutely perfect, with the Duomo cathedral right next door and all the major attractions within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and the large private bathroom was a pleasant surprise. I loved waking up to the view of the Duomo from our balcony. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast, although simple, had a good variety of options. All in all, this hotel was even better than what we saw in the pictures.

housekeeping turned off the A/C which made our room uncomfortable and unpleasant. Staff was dismissive and didn't bother to help.

Additionally, the hotel offers a stunning view of the city.

One negative aspect of the hotel is the noise from other rooms, particularly the loud music and television noise coming from a neighboring room.
