The staff were choice and breakfast was top-notch, but the paint smell in the room was a bit much for us. Sweet location though!

the fanciest laminate floors instead of cozy carpet were just a disapointment. Also, I had the absolute pleasure of experiencing a shower that couldn’t even provide a proper flow, how quaint! I almost left a glowing review, but the lack of special treatment really ruined it for me, I mean, who doesn’t expect perks nowadays?

Additionally, walking my dog across the road to relieve her was quite stressful due to her fear of cars, making our stay somewhat anxious rather than relaxing.

the claymore guest house was just like wow! the staff was super friendly and gave us awesome tips on where to eat and explore. the room we stayed in was very spacious and really cozy. That view from the bay windows was just beautifull. the breakfast was super tasty and fresh, def a great way to start the day. It was so convenient to walk around pitlochry since everything was close by. we loved that!
