The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and had great lighting. I loved the modern bathroom and the comfortable bed. The Wi-Fi was also excellent, which was important for me during my stay. The communication with the host was smooth and they were very responsive to any questions I had. The little touches, like the biscuits and coffee upon arrival, made me feel welcome. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as some noise from the street at night and the tricky navigation through the one-way streets, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Numa Apartments. I highly recommend this place for both short and long stays.

Our week in Florence was AMAZING thanks to Numa. We had been squished in a tiny hotel room in Rome and it was so nice to have space to sit and relax. Everything you would want to do was in reasonable walking distance. Restaurants, bars, gelato, shops were everywhere. The street was well-lit for walking home at night. We felt very safe. Check in and Check out was so easy. Having a homebase for our week made our trip even better.

Strongly recommend this hotel.
