the room was stunning, with a private terrace and a breathtaking view. Everything, from the staff to the room and even the restaurant, was top-notch. the service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist. One of the highlights was the pool, which we could enjoy anytime, even at night. the staff even brought us prosecco by the pool. the playlist in the restaurant and at the pool added a perfect touch to the ambiance. We can't wait to return to this charming hotel in La Spezia!

As low-budget travelers, we loved the central location of the hotel, which made it easy to access the boat and train to Le Cinque Terre. The hotel provided a nice view of La Spezia bay from our balcony and had a swimming pool. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast, including smoked salmon, was a tasty and satisfying start to our day. La Spezia itself was a charming town with great options for dining and shopping.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. the breathtaking view of the Bay and the beautiful surroundings made it truly memorable. the staff was incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. the comfortable bed and thoughtful amenities in the room made my stay refreshing. Despite arriving late in the evening due to airline issues, the staff warmly welcomed me and even provided a delicious light meal with local wine. the view from the balcony was incredible, and I can't wait to stay here again.

I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel! The value for money was exceptional, with reasonable prices for the quality of service and amenities provided. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the clean and comfortable rooms with amazing views from the balcony, to the delicious breakfast served on the terrace overlooking the stunning Poet's Gulf. The location of the hotel, high above the harbour in a very quiet area, was truly special and added to the serenity of my stay.

The road leading to the hotel was quite tricky to navigate and it was a bit of a distance from the city center, so it may be difficult for those without a car.

The spacious room provided a super comfortable stay, and the bathroom with a clean and spacious bathtub was a welcomed luxury. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel right at home. The restaurant served some of the best food we've ever had in Italy, and the breakfast spread was lovely. We also enjoyed relaxing by the gorgeous infinity pool, a perfect spot for taking in the breathtaking scenery. Plus, having free parking right next to the location was a major convenience. All in all, an unforgettable experience at this beautiful family-run place.

Le Ville Relais was a fantastic place to stay for our visit to the Cinque Terre and the surrounding area. the charming location, though a bit challenging to reach by car, was well worth the effort. the spacious and clean rooms offered breathtaking views of the bay, and the staff was incredibly helpful.
