This hotel was mind-blowing! The location was super convenient, allowing us to easily explore the area on foot. The room was jaw-dropping, with a spacious layout and a stunning view from the balcony. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. The breakfast spread was absolutely amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The common area was gorgeous and the laundry service was a great convenience. The parking situation was also very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay of 4/5 days.

Had a great Christmas stay here. the breakfast was awesome - so many delicious options to choose from. the location was perfect, close to the thermal baths and within walking distance to the town center. the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. the view from our room was great too.

That the hotel was a bit noisy at times, but it didn't really bother us too much. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay while visiting the area.

Breakfast was a feast both for my stomach and my Instagram. The staff was so helpful that I almost thought they were my personal assistants. And the location was perfect, I felt like the queen of the city.

Wi-Fi struggled, just like me after climbing all those stairs to the top of the castle.

The hotel was conveniently located in the center of the old town, making it easy to explore the charming streets and access nearby restaurants. its proximity to the lake provided the perfect opportunity for enjoyable swimming.

The wifi connection in the hotel was very unreliable and constantly dropped, causing frustration during our stay.
