We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was one of the best aspects, as it was near the Termini station and the tram stop, making it easy to travel around the city. Despite being close to these transport hubs, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to have a peaceful night's sleep. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with the rooms being cleaned and the sheets and toiletries changed daily. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. this hotel provided great value for the money.

Despite these minor inconveniences, the hotel had friendly staff, a great location near Roma Termini Station, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job.
