The breakfast on the rooftop terrace, overlooking Mount Etna, was a delightful start to my days. The renovated public areas felt fresh, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel at home.

However, the old lift can be a bit quirky and might not be the most comfortable for everyone. Also, I encountered some noise from the bustling street below at night, which could disrupt sleep.

Finding the hotel was quite the challenge, as it took me quite a while just to locate it. I was also disappointed with the breakfast service. we waited an eternity for coffee and the rooftop area was a disorganized mess. To add to my frustration, the promised parking wasn’t available, forcing us to park a considerable distance away in the heat after a long journey.

manganelli palace was a real treat! the breakfast was fantastic, with loads of options and a lovely rooftop terrace to enjoy. our superior room was spacious, had a comfy bed, and stunning painted ceilings. plus, the location is perfect, just a short walk to all the city attractions. mary from the bar was especially great!
