We loved staying at this high-end hotel on top of the train station! The convenience of being above the station was unparalleled, and made our travel experience a breeze. The room was impeccably clean, with updated bathrooms and a comfortable bed. We were impressed by the range of amenities offered here, including room service, dry cleaning, laundry, and car hire. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and the staff were very helpful in assisting us with tours and ticket information.

Despite the busyness of the hotel due to the high volume of guests, the staff remained calm and professional. We enjoyed spending time in the lounge area that had a TV and various other leisure facilities.

The bar service was slow and unresponsive to requests for hot water. the soundproofing was poor, and we could hear loud banging noises all night, making it difficult to get a peaceful night's rest.

The location of this hotel was absolutely fantastic. It was right next to the train and metro station, making it so convenient to explore the city and even venture to the outskirts. the staff were also very helpful and friendly, despite the language barrier. the room and bathroom were kept clean, and the towels were changed daily.
