the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. the facilities were clean and we loved the outdoor space where we could relax and play games. the location was convenient and exceeded our expectations. overall, a great experience in Rome.

Wifi connection was poor.

As a solo traveler, feeling safe and secure is important, and Hotel Nardizzi Americana definitely provided that. The staff is welcoming and the location is great for exploring the city. Wifi was excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel offers good value for money and the staff is always helpful.

We loved the spacious and clean rooms of this hotel, giving it a homely feel rather than a typical hotel atmosphere. The AC in the room was effective, although it would occasionally stop blowing for a short period of time. The staff was polite and helpful, providing excellent recommendations. The location was fantastic, with Metro stations and main tourist attractions within walking distance.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was close to the metro station and major attractions like the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. the staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful and accommodating, providing great service throughout our stay. Additionally, the room was clean and well-maintained.

One of the downsides was the limited options for breakfast, especially for someone following a gluten-free diet. the breakfast menu mainly consisted of bread items, and not much variety was offered.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a nice view of the city. The hotel is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the Metro station and a short walk from the city's main train station. This made it easy for us to explore the city and visit all the main historical sites. The area around the hotel is safe and quiet, and we felt comfortable walking around, even at night. There are also plenty of inexpensive restaurants nearby where we could enjoy delicious meals without breaking the bank.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was within walking distance to all the major tourist attractions. It was a short walk to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps, and I even walked to Vatican City and the Colosseum multiple times. the metro stations and buses were also easily accessible, making it convenient to explore the city. Additionally, the staff, especially Mario, the concierge on the morning shift, were incredibly friendly and helpful.

There were a few aspects that I disliked about the hotel. the beds were too hard for my liking, making it a little uncomfortable to sleep on.
