The staff at Navona Street Hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting us with taxis and providing useful tourist information. The breakfast spread was enjoyable, although some dishes were a bit too sugary. The central location made it convenient to explore all the tourist attractions in the city. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Despite being on the ground floor, the lack of natural light was not a major issue as we were out exploring Rome for most of the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its value and pleasant stay experience.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, within walking distance of all major sights. It made it easy for us to explore and get around as it was close to everything that we wanted to do. As youngsters, we loved the helpful and accommodating staff who made sure our stay in Rome was perfect. They provided us with useful information and suggestions and even booked a car to pick us up from the airport. The location was ideal, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the breakfast served to our room. The hotel also had a coffee machine available and multilingual channels on the TV.

The hotel is located in the center of town, close to all the major sites in Rome. It is surrounded by good restaurants, making it convenient for dining options. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a mini bar. The staff provides exceptional service, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast is delicious and can be enjoyed in the room.

The shower drain in the bathroom can be slow, causing the tray to fill up and overflow.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel located in the heart of Rome. The room was excellent, with a comfortable bed and top-notch facilities. We especially loved the spa bath in our room.
